OÜ Kalma Kaubandus is implementing the project “Purchase and installation of an ice machine”.
The aim of the project is to improve the conditions for handling, cooling and storing the company’s fish products and to ensure better preservation of fish quality during the handling process.
The project will purchase and install an ice machine that will allow the use of ice necessary for cooling fish products in the company’s own production and handling process.
As a result of the project, OÜ Kalma Kaubandus’s ability to ensure the proper temperature regime for fish and fish products will improve, the efficiency of the handling process will increase and the quality of the product will be preserved.
The project is co-financed from the project support funds of the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund Operational Programme 2021–2027 measure “Support for community-led local development for the period 2021–2027”.
